Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our QC laboratory team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards and company specifications through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
2. Conduct stability testing as per ICH guidelines and internal protocols.
3. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
4. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, and dissolution apparatus.
5. Assist in method development, validation, and troubleshooting analytical issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, R&D) to address quality-related matters.
7. Participate in audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in a QC laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong knowledge of cGMP, USP/EP/JP guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
4. Proficiency in analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry.
5. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
6. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
