Assistant Manager Research and Development
Department: Research and Development
Role & Responsibilities
- To develop & Implement an effective QMS at departmental level
- To assist In technical matters related to product development and process validation
- To improve the existing formulations & to trouble shoot processing problems
- Plans/ organizes and manage resources on product development projects to assure technical quality and schedule adherence.
- Responsible for communicating status updates of research and development projects for established products and new product development with respect to manufacturing process development.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within the new product development process.
- Prepare/ review/ update assigned product files/ maintain QMS application and EMS documentation
- Prepare/ review/update Routing formulations for costing purpose
